Subject: Spiritual Sense?

Greetings All,
I do not think that there is a "spiritual sense," as has been said by some. Either we ARE Awakening and ARE Love or we are Sleeping and are not Love but are conditioned to *believe* a "spiritual sense" of Love. Love is like Truth, in that it causes nothing and is inclusive of nothing and expansive of nothing and encompasses nothing and the source of nothing but rather simply IS. We can not control it or manipulate it or harbor it or own it or even find it, because we can only BE it. For you see, Love is not a descriptive term or even what is felt or known but rather IS a state of BEing. "The Tao that can be named is not the Tao."

Subject: mind matter

After all of these years of study/nonstudy, practice/nonpractice, i never really could figure out what was meant by the phrases..."take the leap!", "jump into the fire!", "cross the bridge!".
Today i have to laugh at myself, like being poked in the ribs. All it really meant was to "Be Still". Being silent and still sounds so incredibly easy. But thoughts and mind chatter have a way of making themselves feel like THEY are your life-support. And not the silence that we ARE. And it can be downright scary to 'take the leap' because the hold on being a "thinking being" seems to take the ultimate precedence.
So, anyway, i learned that one. :)
...now it just needs a wee bit of.. umm .. application.
Nice to wander in the Oasis again, dearest Ej. Thanks for the respite area.

Wise observation Dear Friend, thank you for sharing this. Papaji once said: "Simply keep quiet, let things happen in front of you, and enjoy this universe which is offered to you. Don't make any effort and don't even think and you will know who you are! Don't think of the past or the future and within this you will find what you never have found before. But few people do this and instead waste their lives in practice which only expands their ego as they boast of all the ways that they please the Divine. So simply Be quiet, make no effort and you will know who you are!"

Seems that once the Door is Opened, we can not get it Closed quite all the way again. That is, Glimpsing Awakening, we can never get that Moment out of our BEing. It will remain there and plague us until we do something about Actualizing it. When we finally Realize that there IS Gold Within the Lead we are conditioned to think we are, we have to start panning -- do we not?

Greetings All,
Though the words *fact* and *Truth* are very often used synonymously this is not necessarily True. If indeed a *fact* IS *Truth*, then indeed fact is Truth. But if a so called fact is but a projection of our conditioned thinking then this fact is far afield of Truth. For you see, seeming facts change with further Understanding whereas Truth IS Eternal and Constant from Moment to Moment. The Moment is anew and changes each Moment, but Truth Observed AS each Moment will be the very same from Moment to Moment. If that which we call fact changes from Moment to Moment, then it was not Truth in the first place but rather our projected notion of what we *think* Truth is. Truth also is anew AS each new Moment, but only the Moment changes because Truth simply IS Truth. And will remain Truth regardless of the conditioned projected ideas and images and meanings onto/into any given Moment.

Most do not *go with the flow* of those Inner Urges mainly due to their conditioned notion that *if it is not in their program, they should not do it*. They should operate as programmed, like all good Automatons. If not operating as programmed, call the society help line, for they will get you back on the right track. Going with the flow of those Inner Urges will get you in trouble with the Programmer the Grand Trickster, but what the heck, it might lead you to Alice and the White Rabbit. Those Inner Urges are signs of your Awakening trying to surface, and if you do not allow it to surface you will stay fast Asleep. We are conditioned not to let those Inner Urges surface, we are conditioned to operate as programmed. May I offer that you throw caution to the wind and *Go With The Flow* of those Inner Urges -- you might be surprised as to what you may Realize. One thing for sure, you will Realize that Trusting those Inner Urges make you feel a lot better about yourself than not. Especially when those Inner Urges are not tainted my conditioned ideas and images and meanings.

Hi All,
A belief is a belief is a belief, by any other name is still a belief. Indeed, in questioning our own beliefs we question the whole conditioned concept of beliefs. Though such questioning may seem attacks to those entrenched in beliefs, such questioning is but a Mirror of Truth for those who are willing to Openly and Honestly look into that Mirror of Truth. Such a reflection is painful to most and so they *react*. Those who are in the process of Unfolding their Awakening see such a reflection as useful information as a tool if nothing else. For it is in the questioning that we Realize answers, as answers are actually quite useless. It is the questioning that is the answer.

It has become clear that all Wisdom is actually *second hand*. All True Wisdom that is Realized, though we think that we *just* Realized it, has already been Realized long before we Realized it. And actually, because we are Pure Consciousness at a gross stage of evolution, we have Realized it long before this incarnation but it is Veiled by our conditioned notions in this incarnation. So we have to re-Realize it. As the saying goes: "There is nothing new under the sun."

Greetings Meditative Group,
There is really nothing mysterious or esoteric about Waking Up. If we can start to recognize our conditioned notions we will be aware enough to contrive ways to discard them. Once recognized for the control and manipulation we Suffer as a result of clinging to these conditioned notions we reject them almost immediately. It is almost an autonomic response of the recognition. As more of a general rule, it is all about Observation. Observe our activities, or thoughts our reactions and responses. Observe these as and before we do them and what as well as how we are programmed to think and interact the way we do. When we Observe any conditioned notion that has been *installed*, with that program there will also be an *un-install* feature. Some are quite easy to get rid of, others are too dear to us and it will take more effort to *let them go*.

A popular question is "what is the next step?" Well... we can not say until the next step is taken, because the only step that is Real is the step we are taking NOW. We can not take the step we will take tomorrow, today. We take the step that must be taken today, today, so that we can take the step that must be taken tomorrow, tomorrow. Whatever that step might BE. And it hinders us to pride ourselves on the steps we have taken. Whatever those steps may have been.
