The Awakening Alarm-Clock has been going off for some time now. Yet our conditioned notions urge us to reach over and hit the *snooze button*, and so we do. But Waking-Up is all about Openly and Honestly Observing our every thought and every action, which is too Painful for most to bear. So we turn away and keep our attention fixed on the self-made conditioned image that we have created with the help of the Grand Trickster (the conditioned mind).

Greetings,

Rarely is what people say what they have Truly Realized as Truth or Reality, but rather offerings of what they *believe*. They may even get others to buy into their *beliefs* in lieu of their own, but the change is not beneficial because *beliefs* are still Harbored. It is the *beliefs* in lieu of Direct Experience that Veil our Awakening. We fool ourselves in many ways, such as *thinking* that we are accomplishing something in our conditioned thinking and behavior. *Thinking* that we are learning or growing or realizing something. But alas, Sleeping, we only seemingly realize that which we project into/onto our experiences.

Greetings All,

Are you an *Atheist* or a *Theist* or an *Agnostic*? Is there a difference? *Believing* there is a God or *believing* there is no God or *believing* there is a combination of both, is really of the same *belief system*. Awakening is not a matter of *what* you believe, but rather *that* you believe. The problem is in *belief*, and not in whether one believes one thing or another. As long as there is *belief*, there is no Awakening. So the fallacy is not in one's particular belief in God, but rather that there is belief at all. It is neither this, nor that -- it simply IS. Sleeping, we believe that there is some so called Higher Power or that there is not. Awakening, we Directly Experience the Realization of ourselves -- which IS a far more Higher Power than our conditioned ways of thinking and behavior. It has been said that Self-Realization IS God-Realization.

Namaste All,

Ah, discipline... that is a tricky one. And difficult because we are not used to discipline. We are used to going with the flow of our feelings and conditionings. But basically it is just a matter of just doing it. We have to get ourselves focused on it to the point that it is the only thing in our mind and our behavior. Nothing else matters because it is the single most important thing in your life, discipline. Just as the single most important thing in our life should be Waking-Up. In life we get Pointers, Clues, Instructions. They should he considered and meditated on, and then act upon them. THAT is discipline... Receiving instructions and following them... to the letter... without hesitation. Our resistance causes us to falter. We do not want to resist because we want discipline, but we are conditioned to resist... so we do.

It takes time. Short bursts but then wandering off the discipline. But get right back to it. Never give up regardless of how many times you fall... get right back up and ask for more. Persistence will make you Persevere. Persistence is a major Key to discipline. If you never accept defeat you will overcome the discipline problem. Never accept defeat. Others have done it so you can too. It is simply wearing down the resistance. Do not let it wear you down. It takes the best of us years to master discipline, to master ourselves. Conditionings are not easy to overcome. You have to convince yourself that it is worth it. That it is worth whatever it takes and however long it takes. It has to be the most important thing in your life. You have to give your whole self to it, 99% is not good enough. All of you. And never give in to the desire of entropy (to remain undisciplined). It takes being 100% committed, 100% dedicated. You have to give up your self to BE your Self.
