Sorry for the long silence, firstly my computor's anti virus system didn't work, my daughter helped put another one through remote control sytem & now it's protected so I can use it again. Secondly, had some worries with John, when I was back home just so tired, fell off to sleep.
Sharlene thanks a lot for your lovely email you sent awhile ago,I really appreciate your input & shall use the info. I answered you but when I sent it out, I don't know why it got deleted. I don't have the courage to re write all what I said.
John is actually quite weak under medical drip & morphine, but he has that fighting spirit so I'm watching out for that "silver linening" as E.J suggested. I Surrender to GOD & ask HIM the best for John.

Yes Sharlene does speak from direct experience, so is generally worth reading. She's 'been there' so it comes from the heart to be sure.

Thanks for the update. Yes perhaps just holding his hand (so to speak) is what he really needs. But as Sharlene indicated in her post, let him guide your actions. Perhaps not only with words but rather just those subtle indications. Perhaps he knows what you are able to do and what you are not able to do, so rather than looking for something to do just be receptive to what he might need. There is always that delicate balance between what we should and should not do. Let the Moment be your guide.

Thanks for the update. Not so good. Our hearts and prayers and healing energy goes out to him. Everyone is doing everything they can. But we would be mistaken if we thought we could control life and death. We can only use the skills we have to help. You have to be strong for everyone involved. Including being strong for yourself. You have to be calm so you can handle anything.

Of course, change what can be changed. But be ready to accept what can not be changed.

Goes without saying Dear Friend. Even against all odds, all healers will give their best. Total recovery is the only thing that is acceptable to any healer, but we know that we can only change that which can be changed.

I think everyone is looking for a miracle too. We all want everything to work out good, the way we want it to. Fact is that life has its own way of working out whether we like that way or not. To accept the positive side of life we have to accept the negative side too. Life is sort of a package deal like that. Be well and mindful dear Friend.

John passed away at 4.20 a.m May 15th.
I want to thank you E.J. & all the Healers for all the precious help you sent to my brother John. And also E.J for the moral support & advice which rally was a big help.
Now I'm praying for his soul to go straight towards the LIGHT. May I ask you to help me with this? He was telling me that he was afraid to die. I kept on talking to him, massaging his feet & hands, but I noticed his hands were all crisped up after death.
Well hopefully he'll go quicly & get Peace & Enlightenment, & I would like to meet him again in the next life. I love him so. I always heard that when we love each other, we'll never lose each other.

John was fighting an extreme battle with an extreme force. In such battles there does not seem to be any winners. But know that John, the real John, his True Nature, just moved on and did not die at all.

Does happen all the time. But he did not really go anywhere. As long as you are with him in your heart he will be with you.

I liken the Direct Experience AS this Eternal Infinite Moment to the eyeball, it sees yet it does not know that it sees or even exists -- it just does what is to be done whether it exists or not. THIS is NonDuality. It is the preconceived notion that there is anyone who can do anything of their own accord that makes us *think* there is Duality.

*Deep Bow* Precisely why ManKind remains a mystery to himself, he can not psychoanalytically take himself apart to figure himself out because he has no clue as to what the parts are. A Gestalt for sure, but an organized Gestalt where some of the parts are handy and others are defiling and have to be let go of. But if we can not Recognize the defiling programs from the necessary operating programs, we are just a Gestalt Game played over and over again Seeking for the right combination of parts. True?
